Our rennet caseins offer a mesh profile ranging from 30# to 90# while our acid casein is attrition dried. Produced from fresh pasteurised skimmed milk, we’ve developed a highly automated and efficient process at our BRC-accredited plant in Ballyragget. The result is a casein of the highest quality that’s designed to offer optimum functionality. Clean and natural, and produced exclusively from our Irish grassland, our caseins are used by customers in applications such as processed and functional cheese, infant and clinical nutrition, sports and fitness supplements, re-combined products, whipped toppings, sauces and dips, beverages, spreads, coffee whiteners and meat products.
